This Breton house is situated in the centre of a quiet village, 25 miles South-west of the ancient walled city of Dinan and the beautiful river Rance.   Fully renovated to a comfortable standard, the house comprises:-

GROUND FLOOR :~ living/dining room with comfortable seating for 7, oak dining table with seating for 6, well appointed kitchen area with gas cooker, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and microwave. Twin bedroom. Shower and WC.

FIRST FLOOR :~ 1 double bedroom with cot and 1 twin bedroom. All beds have quilts and English pillows but no bed linen or towels are provided.

• The house is nicely decorated giving a feeling of comfort and warmth.
• Heating is provided by a wood burning stove set in the fireplace with an ample supply of seasoned logs.
• All bedrooms are heated by electric convector heaters and for extra comfort during the low season the house is fully insulated and double glazed.
• Other facilities include fridge-freezer, washing machine, high chair, iron and ironing board and radio/CD/cassette player.
• The safe enclosed garden is at the front of the property overlooking the village square with garden furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for one car.
• Brittany prides itself on the quality of its beaches and golf courses, which are within easy reach.
• Also within easy reach of the house can be found golf courses, lakes, rivers, fishing, sailing and forests for long peaceful walks.
• Merdrignac, a large town only 6 miles away offers public swimming pool, restaurants and good shopping facilities.
• The local bar and convenience shop opposite the house offers a friendly welcome.
